LuiBueno’s Mexican Seafood Restaurant and Fish Market: Located on the popular Northshore of Oahu in Haleiwa town this project was designed by South Pacific Design Group to occupy the space of the defunct Iconic Rosie’s Mexican Food Restaurant. Completely gutting the entire interior and having to work within some pretty tight spaces they were able to design a two tiered restaurant and bar that incorporated a Mexican fishing village theme. Complete with full service bar, VIP area, and general seating this has proven to be a success. We installed a complete commercial kitchen, two tiers of dining areas, booths, tables, etc. all within the time frame outlined in the pre-construction budget and schedule meetings. The Owner and head chef, Luis Silva, has taken the food to level not previously seen in Haleiwa town and it is being very well received, we are proud to have been a part of eat and eat there often.
