This Jim Schmit designed contemporary luxury home is located atop Hawaii Loa Ridge in the gated area known as “The Point.” This 6,000 square foot home features sweeping views of Diamondhead, Nui Valley, and Kokohead. The multi -level interior has a wine room, sweeping staircases, a great room overlooking the pool, and a gourmet kitchen just to mention a few. You will step out of the great room over the water feature that’s tied to the pool, walking over the water and under a trellis to the “Island” in the middle of the reflecting pool. There you will find an outdoor kitchen, full service bar, and a panoramic view that extends beyond Diamondhead and into Waikiki.
