This new residence designed by Fritz Johnson of Formwork is sitting high above Honolulu on mana Place. This is the first residential post tension concrete house on Oahu that we are aware of. Extremely difficult, this behemoth has proven to be extremely complicated but it is coming together beautifully. The modern finishes, Siematic cabinets, Butcher block and Caesar stone countertops are just a few of the many amenities the owners are going to enjoy. The extreme glass doors and windows incorporating expansive views of Diamondhead and Honolulu are beautiful. A custom built wine room and free spanning second floor bridge across the open great room are design features that just bring this house from something great to the extraordinary!
